Posted back in March that the Barney’s Co-Op at 2151 Broadway (between 75th & 76th) is slated to undergo a renovation and re-branding. As you can see in the photo above, that process has begun.

It was all the way back in January that Juice Press announced it was planning to open two Upper West Side stores. As is common with these things, it took longer than expected to happen, but the first UWS Juice Press opened for business last week at 73 W. 82nd (between Columbus & CPW).

Got a note from the folks at clothing retailer Brooklyn Industries about a shopping event tomorrow afternoon (Saturday, 4/20) that might be of interest: They’re launching their Summer 2013 collection with free mimosas and a 20% discount of one full-priced item.

Looks like big changes are coming to the Upper West Side Barneys Co-Op at 2151 Broadway (between 75th & 76th). It’s losing the “Co-Op” designation and will become “regular” Barneys. Aside from renovations, the biggest change is that the store will no longer carry any men’s items.

Looks like women’s shoe store Medici is no more (420 Columbus, between 80th & 81st). MUW reader Kevin A. sent in the photo above yesterday. Looks like Hugo Boss is slowly taking over the Shops at Columbus Circle. The store is about to become the first retailer in the Time Warner Center to span three floors.
