It was all the way back in January that Juice Press announced it was planning to open two Upper West Side stores. As is common with these things, it took longer than expected to happen, but the first UWS Juice Press opened for business last week at 73 W. 82nd (between Columbus & CPW).

Mentioned last month that there’s a huge Upper West Side celebration of Israel’s 65th anniversary slated to take place from April 11 – 16. Among the neighborhood activities is the Israeli Film Center Festival. It’s actually a city-wide event, but nearly a dozen screenings will take place on the UWS.
