Since I mentioned Damrosch Park in the previous post about the upcoming 25th Annual Midsummer Night Swing, it seems like a good segue to this: A group of locals and environmentalists filed a lawsuit earlier this week against New York City and Lincoln Center, alleging that commercial activities have limited public access to the park.
