Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is returning to the Upper West Side tomorrow, running through 2/16. The celebrate, the Lincoln Center Business Improvement District is once again organizing “Fashion Place Prix Fixe.” Just like last fall, 25 restaurants located in and around Lincoln Center are participating with a variety of dining discounts.
