Was working on some stuff in my apartment a little earlier when I heard screeching tires, a crash, and some screams from outside. I went down to investigate and found a disturbing scene at 81st & Broadway, where a taxi apparently hit a food delivery guy riding a bicycle.

Since then, my curiosity about the project has gotten the better of me and I managed to dig up two sets of official zoning diagrams that show some additional details.

Posted earlier about the Cinco de Mayo parade taking place on the Upper West Side today.
