The national real estate market may be struggling, but apparently high-end townhouses on the Upper West Side are doing just fine.
The neighborhood is seeing an “unprecedented” rise in townhouses with asking prices over $10 million.
Yes, I know — the Apollo Theater is in Harlem. But as I’ve mentioned before, the northern border of the Upper West Side varies depending on who you talk to and this is close enough that I thought it was worth mentioning.

Posted in December (here & here) that the Subway Sandwich shop at 2595 Broadway (between 97th & 98th) closed rather suddenly with no explanation.
Looks like they were bought out by the Westside Market slated to open next door at 2589 Broadway.
