NYC real estate blog Curbed does a fabulous job diligently keeping up with the real estate listings in the city, and a recent tipster leading to a search of listings dug up an interesting Upper West Side penthouse.  The apartment located at 243 West End Avenue, #1704, is listed on three different brokers’ websites for $949,000 (with $2,169 monthly maintenance).  It features a penthouse status, domed archways, a wraparound terrace, and… the ability to grow?  Each listing indicates that the apartment has a different square footage (one states 750, the second 800, and the third 900 square feet).  Either brokers are being “creative” with their listings, or that is one magical apartment.
