Interesting event in the neighborhood on Wednesday evening (3/27): Best-selling author Malcolm Gladwell (The Tipping Point, Outliers) will be at the UWS Barnes & Noble. Rather than promoting his own material, Mr. Gladwell will conduct a dialogue with author Adam Alter, who will discuss his new book Drunk Tank Pink.

In addition to being a terrific actor, apparently Stanley Tucci is also a pretty good chef. He’ll be appearing at the UWS Barnes & Noble on Friday evening (10/12) for a Q & A about family, food, and his new book, The Tucci Cookbook.
