uws Tragic and disturbing story this morning of an Upper West Side woman who was the victim of a completely senseless crime.
Prominent real estate agent and philanthropist Marion Hedges was struck in the head with a shopping cart thrown by two 12-year-old boys from an elevated pedestrian bridge.
