Looks like the former TD Ameritrade space at 2039 Broadway (at 70th) has found a new tenant. MUW reader Eric reports a Ricky’s is moving into the space. Information comes via a conversation he had with contruction workers that went like this: Eric: “Hey, what’s moving in here?” Construction guy: “Ricky’s.”

Even. More. Cupcakes. On Monday there was news that a new Crumbs Bake Shop is opening on Broadway, near 109th. Now there’s a report of another one opening about 15 blocks south.

UPDATE, 10/19/11: Baked By Melissa is officially open UPDATE, 8/26/11 @ 9:00 pm: They managed to sell out their inventory early — store is NOT open on Saturday.
