It’s a downright beautiful day on the Upper West Side today — 64 and sunny as I type this, with a projected high of 70 later this afternoon. Pretty fantastic weather for a March afternoon, so it’s worth noting that the ever-popular Boat Basin Cafe is open for business today.

A reminder for those who may have missed the post last month — the 3rd Annual New York City Wingfest takes place this Saturday at the Upper West Side’s Boat Basin Cafe. The all-you-can-eat wings/all-you-can-drink-beer BBQ competition will crown one NYC restaurant as home to the best wings in the city.
