Posted back in February that Yankee third baseman Alex Rodriguez was reportedly eyeing a $19,000/month 2BR apartment at 15 Central Park West. Looks like he ended up back on Riverside Boulevard instead.

Looks like actor Ben Stiller has put his 4,000 sf, 5 BR, 5.5 BA Upper West Side duplex on the market (floorplan & photos galore below). He and wife Christine Taylor paid $10 million for the apartment at 118 Riverside Drive (at 84th) in 2008 and are listing it for $9.6 million.

Mentioned the other day that Alec Baldwin, one of the more visible celebrities in the neighborhood, is leaving the Upper West Side. Now his apartment at the El Dorado (300 Central Park West) has officially hit the market.
