Looks like Columbus Tavern (269 Columbus, between 72nd & 73rd) mysteriously closed yesterday. The restaurant, which replaced City Grill, opened just a little over a year ago. MUW reader Jamie e-mailed to report the closing. Per Jamie:

The uptown Lime Leaf Thai restaurant has closed down.  The restaurant, located on Broadway and 108th, closed permanently, while the location on 72nd between Broadway and Columbus still seems operational.  Thanks to My Upper West tipster Noah for the info.
