Posted back in October about a penthouse construction project at 176-182 W. 82nd that irked neighbors at the adjacent 172 W. 82nd, including long-time Upper West Side resident Kevin Bacon. The case recently went before the Landmarks Preservation Commission and they sided with Mr. Bacon and his neighbors.
