The new Lululemon slated for the corner of Broadway & 75th has been in the works February. Branded plywood went up in late May, and now there’s word the store is just a few weeks from opening.

Looks like the wait for the new UWS Designer Shoe Warehouse is just about over. The store is slated to open this Saturday (7/21).

Looks like Columbus Tavern (269 Columbus, between 72nd & 73rd) mysteriously closed yesterday. The restaurant, which replaced City Grill, opened just a little over a year ago. MUW reader Jamie e-mailed to report the closing. Per Jamie:
