Eater reports that Ditch Plains, Marc Murphy’s newest restaurant on 82nd and Columbus, has soft opened. The oyster bar/fish shack that surfer Murphy created to pay homage to Montauk is reportedly serving a preview menu, offering a 15% discount until its official opening to the public, taking place on March 1st.
