The Global Street Food pop-up cafe isn’t the the only Fashion Week dining special in the neighborhood. Some of the Upper West Side’s best restaurants have joined together to offer “Fashion Plate Prixe Fixe” from today through September 15th. It’s open to the public and there’s no requirement that you be fashionable.
