After a long dry spell, there have been a bunch of street fairs over the past few weeks — this weekend is no different. The 20th Annual Broadway Fall Festival will take place on Sunday afternoon.

Halloween is creeping up on us and the Hippo Playground Project is hosting its popular annual pumpkin carving demonstration tomorrow afternoon in Riverside Park. The weather forecast is perfect and this should be a great family event (though everyone is welcome!).
