The Global Street Food pop-up cafe isn’t the the only Fashion Week dining special in the neighborhood. Some of the Upper West Side’s best restaurants have joined together to offer “Fashion Plate Prixe Fixe” from today through September 15th. It’s open to the public and there’s no requirement that you be fashionable.

Following up on yesterday’s post, here’s some more “Fashion’s Night Out” news. I just realized the FNO website (seems to be loading very slowly at the moment) listed Columbus Circle as a separate entity from the Upper West Side, so the previous post omitted all the participating stores in the Time Warner Center. If you’re [...]
The Fall 2011 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is officially over, and crews have been working over the weekend to take down the tents at Lincoln Center’s Damrosch Park (near 62nd between Columbus and Amsterdam), along with the entrance structure. After several questions from readers about the logistics of the seemingly floating marble-like entrance structure that welcomed [...]

Today, we look at some of the fabulous looks that surfaced outside the tents, adding major entertainment value to cute-outfit-scouters on the Upper West Side. Above, @AlisonBrodPR [...]
