The Global Street Food pop-up cafe isn’t the the only Fashion Week dining special in the neighborhood. Some of the Upper West Side’s best restaurants have joined together to offer “Fashion Plate Prixe Fixe” from today through September 15th. It’s open to the public and there’s no requirement that you be fashionable.

Fashion’s Night Out is sort of dominating today’s posts, and this one is no different. Celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson is opening a pop-up cafe in Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall (Broadway & 65th) to provide “global comfort” food through 9/15.

Following up on yesterday’s post, here’s some more “Fashion’s Night Out” news. I just realized the FNO website (seems to be loading very slowly at the moment) listed Columbus Circle as a separate entity from the Upper West Side, so the previous post omitted all the participating stores in the Time Warner Center.
