UPDATE 8:30 pm — UWS Openings: Alamo Drafthouse = All Kinds Of Awesome Pretty exciting UWS news broke a little earlier today: The long-vacant Metro Theater (2626 Broadway, between 99th & 100th) is being reborn as an Alamo Drafthouse, a fantastic cinema chain based out of Austin, TX.
