The Good Morning America Summer Concert Series continues tomorrow morning with a free performance by No Doubt. The group is already in NYC and appearing on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon tonight. I’m pretty sure they’re staying on the Upper West Side — band member Adrian Young tweeted the photo below earlier today and I think it’s [...]

The forecast looks fantastic for tomorrow evening (Tuesday, 7/24), with clear skies and temperatures in the low-80s. If you’re looking for something to do outside, there’s a free concert at the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park.

The Good Morning America Summer Concert Series continues tomorrow morning with a free joint performance Karmin and Dragonette. I have to admit, Karmin’s Brokenhearted (video above) is kinda catchy…

The Good Morning America Summer Concert Series continues tomorrow morning with a free performance by country music star Luke Bryan. My introduction to Mr. Bryan was when he sang the national anthem before this week’s MLB All-Star game — TV cameras caught him reading lyrics which he had scribbled on his hand (video below). He also screwed [...]

I feel like I’ve been doing a crappy job at event listings recently. I’ve been planning to bring back the daily “Free & Cheap Events” post for a while now, but keep getting sidetracked due to time constaints. Unfortunately, that’s meant a lot of last-minute posts for neighborhood events, like this one… There’s a free [...]

The Good Morning America Summer Concert Series continues tomorrow morning with a free performance by Demi Lovato. In yet another sign that I’m getting older and am no longer cool, I’ve never heard of her.

The Good Morning America Summer Concert Series continues tomorrow morning with a free performance by LMFAO. I remember when I used “LMFAO” during AOL chat sessions back in the 1990s — I’m still waiting for TTYL and ROFL to release their debut albums.
