MUW reader Jim sent in word that Second Time Around, an upscale consignment shop, opened an outpost at 2624 Broadway (between 99th & 100th) last week. It’s their fifth Manhattan location. In business for more than 35 years, STA’s motto is “Resale Goes Upscale.” Per their website:
