The 42nd season of Lincoln Center’s hugely popular “Out Of Doors” festival starts tomorrow, kicking off nearly three weeks of more than 100 free outdoor music, dance, and spoken word performances across a variety of genres. This is a fantastic annual event for the city general, and the Upper West Side specifically.

Looks like all the hoopla about “Occupy Wall Street” possibly taking over Lincoln Center last night was for naught. Despite statements on occupywallst.org about standing in solidarity with the previously scheduled Granny Peace Brigade protest last night, it appears OWS’ presence was near zilch.
