UWS It’s time to dust off your dancing shoes — the 24th season of Lincoln Center’s wildly-popular Midsummer Night Swing starts tomorrow evening. If you’re not familiar with it, Midsummer Night Swing is one of New York City’s signature summer events, with 2 1/2 weeks of outdoor music and dancing at Lincoln Center.
