New York Sports Club periodically offers cheap trial memberships and now is one of those times. For only $24 you can get a one-month membership at any New York Sports Club in the city. There are five locations on the Upper West Side:

If you’re looking to try out an Upper West Side yoga studio on the cheap, you can’t really beat today’s deal from World Yoga Center (265 W. 72nd, between West End & Broadway).

Kinespirit (214 W. 85th) is offering  great fitness deal for new clients who are interested in Pilates, yoga, or gyrokinesis mat classes. Apparently Kinespirit has “the largest gyrotonic and gyrokinesis training program in the country.”
