UPDATE 9/18: RookieUSA is now open Posted back in March that “an exciting, as-yet-unnamed children’s clothing concept leased approximately 7,000 square feet of ground floor space” at Columbus Square (808 Columbus Avenue). Thanks to MUW reader Maria, we’ve finally got some additional details.

The Zagat people are fond of “Top 8″ lists and I’m fond of posting all things Upper West Side related… so it’s worth mentioning that Luke’s Lobster (426 Amsterdam, between 80th & 81st) made their recent “New York’s Eight Best Seafood Restaurants” write up.

UPDATE, 9:47 pm: They just ran out of shrimp — lobster and crab still going strong. The impending arrival of Hurricane Irene seems to have had at least one unintended positive effect for Upper West Siders: $10 lobster rolls at Luke’s Lobster all night!
