If you’re not familiar with it, Midsummer Night Swing is one of New York City’s signature summer events, with three weeks of outdoor music and dancing at Lincoln Center.

Lincoln Center’s annual and uber-popular Midsummer Night Swing dance series kicks off next week — I’ll have a post on it in the next couple of days. As a precursor, they’re offering free swing dance lessons (lindy hop) at the David Rubenstein Atrium tomorrow evening (Wednesday, 6/20).

Last month I had a post about Lincoln Center’s 23rd season of Midsummer Night Swing, but it was a little lacking on detailed information. I just came across Midsummer’s official website, www.midsummernightswing.org, and it’s got all the info you could ever want, including ticket sales.
The 45th season of the Mostly Mozart Festival is set to kick off on August 2nd and run through the 27th, offering 34 events including opera, dance, concerts, recitals, films, and lectures.
