Posted last week that the long-awaited Fratelli la Bufala at 2161 Broadway (corner of 76th) finally opened on Friday. I’m a bit late on my follow-up, but here’s a copy of the menu, some photos, and a few initial thoughts.

Posted last month that Fratelli la Bufala was slated to open on March 27th. That date came and went without any activity, but now the wait is really just about over. I attended a preview event at the restaurant this afternoon and, barring the unforeseen, they’ll be open for business starting on Friday (4/27).

If you live anywhere even remotely near Broadway & West 76th you’ve likely walked past this plywood signage on the corner. The space has been vacant since Niko’s closed in February of last year, and its replacement, Fratelli la Bufala has been slated to take over the prime corner spot since last June. Nine months [...]
