Upper West Side Openings: Blossom Du Jour

According to MUW reader (and kindergarten classmate) Jessica, the Blossom Du Jour at 165 Amsterdam (between 67th & 68th) had their official grand opening yesterday.
First mentioned in May, BDJ had been targeting a September 9th opening. Compared to other places in the neighborhood, being only a month behind schedule is actually pretty good!

Celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson Opens UWS Lincoln Center Pop-Up Cafe For Fashion Week

Fashion’s Night Out is sort of dominating today’s posts, and this one is no different.
Celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson is opening a pop-up cafe in Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall (Broadway & 65th) to provide “global comfort” food through 9/15.
