Neighborhood fixture Good Enough To Eat (483 Amsterdam, btw. 83/84), which has operated on the Upper West Side for 30 years, is locked in a dispute with landlord Arthur Leeds Management and is looking for a new home.
While owner Carrie Levin would like to stay on the UWS, it’s possible she’ll have to leave the [...]

Tipster Kevin is at it again, this time sending in this photo of 474 Amsterdam Columbus (between 82nd & 83rd — thanks to Chris & CM for catching the avenue typo).
This is the site slated for the Spring Natural Kitchen, first mentioned back in July. They were targeting a “fall opening,” so it appears they’re [...]

According to MUW reader (and kindergarten classmate) Jessica, the Blossom Du Jour at 165 Amsterdam (between 67th & 68th) had their official grand opening yesterday.
First mentioned in May, BDJ had been targeting a September 9th opening. Compared to other places in the neighborhood, being only a month behind schedule is actually pretty good!

Fashion’s Night Out is sort of dominating today’s posts, and this one is no different.
Celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson is opening a pop-up cafe in Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall (Broadway & 65th) to provide “global comfort” food through 9/15.

It looks like the long-vacant former West Branch space at 2178 Broadway (corner of 77th) may have finally found a new tenant.
MUW readers Erica, Robert, Tamara, and Sara all wrote in to say they spotted a liquor license application for Serafina taped to the window (thanks to Sara for the photo, and h/t to @HappyEinat).
