Got a note from MUW reader Sara yesterday asking for help with locating a wedding band lost on the UWS. She’s offering a $250 reward offered, plus a contribution to the charity of your choice. Here are the details:

MUW reader Nellies just sent in this photo of a sign posted on Columbus Avenue. As you can see, someone lost both their engagement AND wedding rings on the Upper West Side yesterday.

Last month there was the lost diamond ring — now there’s the lost prescription eyeglasses. Less expensive perhaps, but no less important.

Well this is certainly a rough way to start off the new year… MUW reader Nellies spotted this sign earlier today on Columbus, between 70th & 71st. If you’ve found a diamond ring in the area and are wondering what to do with it, it might belong to this person.
