This week’s schmuck is a suspected drug-dealer who shot another suspected drug-dealer in an Upper West Side building at 175 West 90th. Rather than flee the scene, the alleged shooter stuffed himself down one of the building’s garbage chutes, where he was promptly discovered and arrested.
