The new Lululemon slated for the corner of Broadway & 75th has been in the works February. Branded plywood went up in late May, and now there’s word the store is just a few weeks from opening.

Looks like the wait for the new UWS Designer Shoe Warehouse is just about over. The store is slated to open this Saturday (7/21).

Looks like boutique fitness studio Refine — home of the the Refine Method — is opening an outpost in the neighborhood. The Refine Method is a combination of fitness and resistance training. In 2011, New York Magazine’s dubbed it NYC’s “Best New Workout.”
