The NYPD Harbor Unit pulled the body of a 25-year-old man out of the Hudson River on Monday afternoon. Found near the 79th Street Boat Basin, early reports indicate the death may have been a suicide.

Sad news coming out of Columbia University today. A freshman who had recently arrived on campus fell to her death last night from the 14th floor of John Jay Hall (Amsterdam & 114th). The incident is still being investigated, but police believe it was a suicide.

Posted yesterday that one of the two people hit by a subway on the Upper West Side on Wednesday was ruled as a suicide. That has now been reclassified as “an accident.”
