Haven’t had a photo of an UWS taxi crash in a while, but that drought has come to an end. A cab plowed into scaffolding at the corner of Amsterdam & 106th around 2:00 pm Tuesday afternoon.

Seems as though there was some bumper car action of sorts yesterday afternoon on Central Park West. Apparently a taxi in the northbound lane clipped a motorcyclist, who in turn skidded into the southbound lane and bumped into a mini-bus that was dropping off kids from a day camp. You’ll have to forgive the photo quality, but it’s actually pretty good considering it was taken at night from what looks about 20-30 feet away. I also had to blow it up a bit.
