UWS Posted back in February that Talbot’s (2289 Broadway, between 82nd & 83rd) gave up half its space due to sagging sales. At the time, rumors were circulating that Harry’s Shoes, located next door at 2299 Broadway, would expand and take over the space. Looks like that’s exactly what’s happening.
