Wrote yesterday about the free fitness classes in Central Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. If you prefer to do your exercise on the weekends, the Riverside Park Conservancy is offering free Zumba and Tai Chi classes every Saturday and Sunday through the end of summer, part of RPC’s popular “Summer On The Hudson” program.
