It’s Upper West Side street fair time again… The 21st Annual Columbus Avenue Summer Festival will take place tomorrow (Sunday) from 11 am – 6 pm on Columbus Avenue between 86th & 96th.

There’s also a rumor of a small neighborhood street fair on West 108th between Broadway & Amsterdam that’s supposed to be going on all day, but I can’t get any confirmation of that.
