Upper West Side street fair lovers can get their fill tomorrow at the 24th Annual Livable West Side Street Festival. It takes place from 11 am – 6 pm on Broadway, between 72nd and 86th. I believe it’s only taking up the west side of Broadway, leaving the east side/northbound lane open to traffic. Not 100% sure about it.
