UPDATE 8/11: Baldwin’s Eldorado Pad Hits Market For $9.5 Million

Looks like one of the most visible celebrities on the Upper West Side is on his way out of the neighborhood.

The Post reports that Alec Baldwin is about to put his apartment at the Eldorado (300 Central Park West) on the market. The 3,000 sf co-op, with views of Central Park and the reservoir, is expected to list for $9.5 million.

According to the report, Baldwin is “an Upper West Side loyalist.” Unfortunately for him, his girlfriend, Hilaria Thomas is not. She prefers downtown and he considers the commute “a pain.”

I wonder if he’ll come back uptown for some of his favorite neighborhood restaurants.
