American Museum of Natural History’s Halloween Celebration

amnh-halloweenHappy Halloween!  Still looking for a fun holiday event in the Upper West Side?  Come to the American Museum of Natural History (Central Park West at 79th) this afternoon for their 14th annual Halloween celebration.  Get in those costumes to enjoy Halloween activities in the museum’s halls, from trick-or-treating to live performances by David Grover and the Big Bear Band to arts, crafts, and pumpkin carving to roaming characters like Curious George and Clifford the Big Red Dog.  You can buy admission to just the celebration, or buy admission with a special “monster meal package” for $8 more.  Don’t forget to bring your own trick-or-treating bag to help AMNH be environmentally friendly.
