Attention Bordeaux lovers: today marks the beginning of the two-week long “Bordeaux Restaurant Week.”

25 restaurants throughout NYC are offering three-course prix fixe menus for lunch and dinner that include a glass of Bordeaux — two UWS restaurants are participating.

A full list of participating restaurants and details can be found at bordeauxrestaurantweek.com. The two Upper West Side restaurants included in the promotion are:

• Atlantic Grill (49 W. 64th, between Broadway & CPW)
• The Mermaid Inn (568 Amsterdam, between 87th & 88th)

Participating restaurants are offing $30 lunch/brunch deals and $40 dinners.

Bordeaux ain’t cheap, so this could potentially be a decent deal. Neither restaurant seems to have a copy of the prix fixe menu on their website — I’ll post an update if I can get details.
