UPDATE 6:31 pm: The Post just updated their story — now they’re reporting a nanny went bezerk:
A Manhattan nanny allegedly stabbed two children to death and then turned the knife on herself late this afternoon, sources said.
Police found the kids — aged 3 and 5 — in a bathtub inside 57 W. 75th St. on the Upper West Side about 5:30 p.m., sources said.
The nanny, who has not been identified, is in police custody.
The infants were dead when cops got there and the nanny is being rushed to the hospital in critical condition, sources said.
UPDATE 6:30 pm: The Post has the most graphic and detailed update so far:
Two infants were found stabbed to death in a bathtub inside a Manhattan apartment building late this afternoon, sources said.
Police found the babies — and an adult who had self-inflicted injuries — at about 5:30 p.m. inside the West 75th Street bulding on the Upper West Side, sources said.
The infants were dead when cops got there and the adult is being rushed to the hospital in critical condition, sources said.
UPDATE 6:25 pm: Fox reports “A person went on some sort of stabbing rampage” inside the building. They posted another aerial pic of the scene (bottom photo)
UPDATE 6:21 pm: The Daily News reports police rushed to the scene around 5:35 pm and that “a hostage situation may be involved.”

ABC-NY is reporting that five people, including two children, were involved in a stabbing at 57 W. 75th — a “luxury building” called La Rochelle.
A suspected has reportedly been taken into custody.
The victim’s are reported to be in “critical condition.”
West 75th is shut down between Columbus & Central Park West.
