Bruce Willis’ Asking Price Is Dying Easy

As if it weren’t bad enough that he has to pretend to like Ashton Kutcher, Bruce Willis is apparently looking at a loss on his 20th floor, 3BR pad at Trump Place on Riverside Boulevard.

According to Curbed (via The Post), Willis and his wife Emma Heming (whom I’ve never heard of and will henceforth refer to as “Not Demi Moore”) have listed their apartment for $3.95 million, $300K less than the $4.26 million they paid in 2007.

Obviously we should all be so lucky to list our homes for “only” a tick under $4 million dollars, so clearly this isn’t some sort of pricing “Armageddon.” But one would imagine that Willis and Not-Demi are “Red” over their potential loss and lack of a “Sixth Sense” for real estate. I think it’s safe to say neither of them will be “Moonlighting” as brokers anytime soon.
