If you’re the running type, there’s a cheap ($10) timed 5K race in Riverside Park tomorrow evening at 7:00 pm (Wednesday, 5/30).

There’s a chance of showers earlier in the day, but it looks like it should be decent by the evening.

What will you get? A well-managed electronically timed 5K in Riverside Park — and it will cost you just $10! After the race we’ll have a yummy treat for you (promise) and of course we’ll have water. Prize will be awarded to the overall winners and the age group winners. Full results will be posted on NYCRUNS.COM as soon as possible after the race and emailed to you even sooner. No printouts – we love the trees (and hate schlepping the printer).

Start time is 7PM and we kindly request you register online so that we can get started on time.

There is no packet pickup for these races. Just get to the park pick up your bib and go. There is an informal bag check. There are no portable toilets but there are bathrooms nearby.

To reach the starting line, enter the park at 103rd or 108th.
