Columbia Student Struck By Hit & Run Driver At Broadway & 106th Discharged From The Hospital

Some nice news on a chilly but sunny Sunday…
The Columbia student hit by a car last week at Broadway & 106th has been released from the hospital and is heading back to his home in Seattle to be with family.
DNAinofo has the update, via Columbia website Bwog.
Bwog posted the following statement from Scott Bell, Peyton’s father, on Wednesday:
Peyton was discharged from the hospital this evening, and will be heading home to Seattle in a few days. He will be back at Columbia for the spring semester.
We are extremely grateful for the outpouring of support from the entire Columbia community–- administration, faculty and students alike. This is a special place.
Nice to hear this kid is doing well enough to head home and spend the holidays with family.
