The New York Post reports that Conan O’Brien is quietly selling his penthouse apartment in the Majestic (Central Park West at 72nd). The penthouse apartment is actually a combination of apartments, Conan’s longtime residence on the 17th floor and an apartment on the 18th floor that he purchased in 2007 for $10 million. The south-facing co-op in the building comes with three terraces and dramatic park views, along with all of the amenities you would expect from such a swanky building. The asking price for Conan O’Brien’s luxury penthouse is reportedly $35 million… if it sells, he can add that cash to his recent $45 million payout from NBC, and swim in the money à la Scrooge McDuck.
