Following up on a story from a couple of week ago, The Post reports Bruce Willis has finally found a buyer for his discounted Upper West Side condo.

Purchased in 2007 for $4.26 million, he and wife Emma Heming put it on the market for $3.95 and seem to have found a buyer at $3.90. Factor in broker fees and other costs and you’re looking at a decent sized loss.

Of course, Real Estalker points out that over the years, Willis’ movies have grossed a total of $2,728,646,383. So while his ego might be bruised, he’s probably doing just fine.

No details on the buyer other than he’s an Upper West Sider who works in finance and is paying all cash.
