In the blink of an eye, the empty space on Broadway and 76th that was preparing for a building has become a three-story tall construction site.  The future structure will be a mixed-use, 18-story tall building with 76 residential units, 24,950 square feet of retail space, and a car rental facility, according to a permit application to the City Planning Commission.  Click through for more photos taken this week of the noticeable progress of the building’s construction.
