Gothamist reports on a new way for Upper West Siders to get what they want easily… Michael Eberstadt, owner of Rack & Soul Chicken & Ribs (109th at Broadway), has started a service that will deliver bulk items from Costco to your UWS home.  Big Box Deliveries allows you to shop for items online, pay through PayPal, and simply wait for the items to be delivered to your door.  The savings between “New York City prices” and Costco prices will be split between you and Big Box Deliveries, with a $40 minimum share for them.  It sounds like an interesting and possibly worthwhile service, and we will keep a close watch on its future growth.
